Ultimately the sooner you cancel your RV warranties, the more money you will be refunded. And after a while, depending on the RV warranty’s fine print, you may no longer be eligible for a refund.
Now, just because we don’t believe in RV Warranties, doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t get one. It’s your job to do the research and read the fine print!
Here’s what happened:
We decided to cancel our RV warranties because when we finally needed them, they nickeled and dimed us.
We first called the “RV warranty companies” directly but they told us to call the finance department of the dealership. Then the finance department at the RV dealership emailed us paperwork to complete.
I took down the finance guy’s email to periodically check in. Our finance company (for the RV Loan) received random deposits and to this day, I still don’t know what was refunded because my multiple requests were never answered.
